Your DC pension

As you are aware Communisis have recently carried out a review of your DC pension arrangements to ensure they remain relevant and continue to represent good value for money.  Following the completion of the 60-day consultation period, Communisis have considered all feedback and have now written to all employees to confirm the final decision. You should receive a letter in the post during week commencing 15 February 2021. If you do not receive your letter, please let us know using the contact details below.

Please watch our short film from Andrew Neal, Chief People Officer, which explains the outcome of the consultation and what you can expect in the coming months.

If you would like to learn more about the proposed Scottish Widows Master Trust, you can view a short film created specifically for Communisis employees by Scottish Widows here.

One Communisis Pension video

To find out more information on our One Communisis Pension consultation, and what you can expect from our proposal, please take a few minutes to watch the video we’ve prepared for you.

Throughout this video, you will learn more about what to expect if we are to make the decision to move to a Master Trust pension arrangement, what that would mean for you as a member of one of our current pension arrangements and how the charges may change. The video also demonstrates the benefits of joining a Master Trust and what exciting new features you can expect if the move takes place in 2021.
